We know that under normal circumstances, you would never think of canceling your TWG Travel vacation. But what if your luggage decides to take a separate vacation? Or what if an unforeseen medical problem for you, your travel companion, or a family member, forces you to cancel before departure, or interrupts your trip while you are away? Your medical insurance or credit card plan may not cover you when you travel outside the United States.

TWG Travel wants you to have the best vacation ever, and that is why, before you go, we encourage you to purchase Vacation Insurance, because, as you know, the unexpected sometimes happens.

We offer Vacation Insurance through Travel Guard. Restrictions apply, and coverage may not be available in all states. For complete coverage information, please view available plans and refer to the Description of Coverage prior to purchase.

1. Purchase with initial trip deposit (recommended), and receive important extra coverage on certain plans including the gold (most popular) or platinum plan. Either of these two plans may be purchased on your behalf and included on your trip confirmation invoice.
   
   
2. Purchase within 14 days of the date of your initial trip deposit: Receive the same extra coverage for the gold and platinum plans as above. Purchase independently online.
   
   
3. Purchase after the 14-day grace period - up to 24 hours prior to travel. You may be ineligible for some plan features and others may be reduced. Purchase independently online.
