Hotel Transfers: Guests making their own air arrangements must provide flight details before or with final payment to guarantee complimentary hotel transfers from Montego Bay Airport.
Special Hotel Amenities: The 5, 6, & 7-bedroom villas all have en suite bathrooms, landscaped gardens and private pool. Each comes with a personal butler, housekeeper, and cook, plus two golf carts to explore the property. Family Style breakfast is served in the villa; dinner at the hotel.

- PASSPORTS REQUIRED for travel to Jamaica and re-entry into the United States.
- NAMES: Names on your reservation must EXACTLY match that on your passports
- SHARES: Guests sharing a room must have the same arrival and departure dates although the air departure city may be different.
- ROOM OCCUPANCY: Single means a room occupied by one person; Double/2 people
- PACKAGE PRICES: Land prices are guaranteed at the time of confirmation and deposit. Airfare is subject to availability and pricing at the time of confirmation and payment. Please note that government taxes and fees are ALWAYS subject to increase at any time, even after your reservation is paid in full.
- HOTEL TRANSFERS: Included when airfare is purchased through TWG Travel. Guests making their own air arrangements must provide flight details before or with final payment in order to ensure complimentary hotel transfers from Montego Bay Airport.
- CHANGE/CANCELLATION: Penalties/Fees apply for cancellations or changes to a deposited/guaranteed reservation. Any change is subject to supplier approval plus any price increase in effect at the time of the change. Cancellation penalties/fees are calculated based on the date written notice of cancellation is received. Cancellations received from the time of deposit until December 17, 2007, will forfeit 25% of the land portion. Cancellations received between December 18, 2007 and March 16, 2008 will forfeit 50% of the land portion. Cancellations received between March 17 and May 15, 2008 will forfeit 80% of the land portion. Cancellations received after May 15, 2008 and passengers that do not show, will forfeit 100% of the land portion. Airfare is 100% non-refundable once purchased. Travelers are encouraged to purchase vacation insurance.

- INITIAL DEPOSIT: $250 per person reservation by December 1, 2007, plus optional trip insurance.
- 2ND DEPOSIT: $300 per person due by February 1, 2008
- BALANCE: Due by March 15, 2008
- Payments may be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover , Personal Check, or Money Order
- OPTIONAL INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN: Installment payments (minimum $50) may be made at any time prior to the final payment due date.
