Please join us aboard Carnival's Fun Ship, the IMAGINATION as we visit the islands of GRAND CAYMAN AND JAMAICA (Ocho Rios).
SPACE IS LIMITED! A block of cabins has been reserved for our Family Reunion, and reservations will be confirmed on a "first come, first serve" basis. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to make your reservations right away. Once our group block is sold out, additional rooms will be confirmed - subject to availability - at the rates in existence at the time of confirmation and payment. These rates are expected to be significantly higher than our contracted rates.
Please Note: Triple and Quad occupancy cabins on the ship are limited in number, and are subject to availability and pricing in effect at the time of your reservation confirmation and payment. If there will be more than 2 people in your cabin, we encourage you to make your reservations now, while these cabins are still available.

- PASSPORTS REQUIRED
- VISAS: At present, U.S. citizens do NOT require visas or any special immunizations for this itinerary. Non-U.S. citizens are advised to contact the nearest embassy or consulate for each country on their itinerary to determine the appropriate foreign entry requirements.
- NAMES: Names on your reservation must EXACTLY match that on your passports
- CABIN OCCUPANCY: Single means a cabin occupied by one person; Double/2 people; Triple/3 people; Quad/4 people regardless of age
- BEDS: Staterooms with more than 2 people (including infants) will normally have upper and lower berths (bunk beds). Beds cannot be joined to create a larger bed.
- CHANGE/CANCELLATION: Penalties/Fees apply for cancellations or changes to a deposited/guaranteed reservation. Any change is subject to supplier approval plus any price increase in effect at the time of the change. Cancellation penalties/fees are calculated based on the date written notice of cancellation is received. Cancellations received by March 20 will forfeit $100 per person. Cancellations received between March 21 and April 20, 2008 will forfeit $200 per person. Reservation cancellations received between April 21 and May 20 will forfeit 50% of the total per person cost. Cancellations received between May 21 and June 30, 2008 forfeit 75% of the total per person cost. Cancellations after June 30, 2008 and and passengers that do not show, will forfeit 100% of the total cost. Airfare is 100% non-refundable after purchase. Travelers are strongly urged to purchase vacation insurance.

- Triples, Quads, & Suites: $200 per person deposit due with reservation by September 6, 2007.
- Doubles: $200 per person deposit due with reservation by November 15, 2007
- Singles: $400 deposit due with reservation by November 15, 2007
- Balance for all cabins due by April 28, 2008
- Payments may be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover , Personal Check, or Money Order
- OPTIONAL INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN: Installment payments (minimum $50) may be made at any time prior to the final payment due date
