Please join us this coming November, as we exchange marriage vows in a private "adult only" ceremony at the beachfront Melia Caribe Tropical hotel in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

SPACE IS LIMITED!   A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests. Please make your reservations through TWG Travel, our designated Travel Agency. Reservations will be confirmed on a "first come, first served" basis. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to make your reservations right away. Be sure to ask for a custom quote if you would like to extend your vacation a few days before or after the guest package dates. Installment pre-payment plan available.

• NAMES: Names on your reservation must EXACTLY match that on your passports
• SHARES: Guests sharing a room must have the same arrival and departure dates although the air departure city may be different. Reservations and initial deposit must be made at the same time.
• MINOR GUESTS: When traveling with a minor and both parents are not traveling, we recommend taking along with you, an original, notarized, signed letter from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you. This will expedite processing by the Dept of Homeland Security.
• ACCOMMODATIONS: Group space is reserved double occupancy (two people per room). Triple occupancy rooms are the same size as double occupancy rooms. They will have beds to accommodate three people, however, three separate beds cannot be confirmed. A rollaway bed may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
• PACKAGE PRICES: Land prices are guaranteed at the time of confirmation and deposit. Airfare is subject to availability and pricing at the time of confirmation and payment. Air reservations require payment in full with the reservations.
• TRANSFERS: Round-trip Punta Cana airport/hotel transfers may be added to your land reservation PRIOR to the group final payment date. FLIGHT DETAILS REQUIRED WITH YOUR REQUEST FOR TRANSFERS.
• CHANGE/CANCELLATION: Penalties/Fees apply for cancellations or changes to a deposited/guaranteed reservation. Any change is subject to supplier approval plus any price increase in effect at the time of the change. Cancellation penalties/fees are calculated based on the date written notice of cancellation is received. Travelers are strongly urged to purchase Vacation Insurance.
• VACATION INSURANCE: We strongly urge all travelers to purchase vacation Insurance. Insurance premium is based on the age of each traveler and the per person trip cost. Purchase with your initial trip deposit to receive important bonus coverage including coverage for pre-existing medical conditions. More on Vacation Insurance

Full payment (or the minimum deposit shown above) is required to confirm your land reservations. This deposit forms part of your total payment and must be received by TWG Travel within three (3) days after receiving your initial request. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received by TWG Travel and you receive a confirmation invoice.

• Guests booking a higher room category or an extended stay will require an additional $100 per person deposit.
• FULL DEPOSIT FOR ALL GUESTS SHARING A ROOM REQUIRED BEFORE RESERVATION CAN BE CONFIRMED.
• All payments: Personal Check, Money Order, American Express, Master Card, Visa, or Discover
• Optional Interim Payments:  May be made at any time prior to the final payment due date.
