- PASSPORTS REQUIRED
- Non-U.S. citizens are advised to contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate foreign entry requirements.
- NAMES: Names on your reservation must EXACTLY match that on your passports
- SHARES: Guests sharing a room must have the same arrival and departure dates although the air departure city may be different.
- PACKAGE PRICES: Land prices are guaranteed at the time of confirmation and deposit. Airfare is subject to availability and pricing at the time of confirmation and payment. Please note that government taxes and fees are ALWAYS subject to increase at any time, even after your reservation is paid in full.
- CHANGE/CANCELLATION: Penalties/Fees apply for cancellations or changes to a deposited/guaranteed reservation. Any change is subject to supplier approval plus any price increase in effect at the time of the change. Cancellation penalties/fees are calculated based on the date written notice of cancellation is received. Cancellations received from the time of deposit until Feb 15, 2008, will forfeit $100 per person. Cancellations received between February 16 and March 5, 2008 will forfeit $300 per person. Cancellations received between March 6 and April 14, 2008 will forfeit 50% of the full room revenue. Cancellations received after April 14, 2008 and any "no shows" will be 100% non-refundable. Airfare is 100% non-refundable after purchase. Travelers are strongly urged to purchase vacation insurance.
