- PASSPORTS REQUIRED
- VISAS: At present, U.S. citizens do NOT require visas or any special immunizations for this itinerary. Non-U.S. citizens are advised to contact the nearest embassy or consulate for each country on their itinerary to determine the appropriate foreign entry requirements.
- PERSONAL/IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS: New requlations require traveller reservations to be made with each traveler's date of birth, citizenship, and FULL NAME, EXACTLY as it appears on the passport. If your name has changed since your document was issued (e.g., by marriage/divorce), you must update your passport with the new name. Nicknames are not allowed. PASSENGERS TRAVELLING WITH INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD THE AIRCRAFT OR VESSEL, AND WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
- SHARES: Guests sharing a room must have the same arrival and departure dates although the air departure city may be different. Reservations and initial deposit must be made at the same time.
- MINOR GUESTS: Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or guardian 25 years of age or older in the same stateroom. Infants must be at least six months old to be eligible to travel. Adult guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of their minor guests. When traveling with a minor and both parents are not traveling, we recommend bringing an original, notarized, signed letter from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you. This will expedite processing by the Dept of Homeland Security.
- MEDICAL SERVICES: Guests with any medical, physical or other special needs are required to contact the cruiselne directly to discuss the details of their specific needs. Pregnancy: Guests who are 24 weeks or more into their pregnancy at the time of the voyage will not be permitted to sail because of the risk of premature labor.
- ACCOMMODATIONS: Group space is blocked on double occupancy basis only. Triples and quads are capacity controlled and are subject to availability. Staterooms with more than 2 people (including infants) will normally have upper and lower berths (bunk beds). These beds typically cannot be joined to create a larger bed.
- CRUISE PRICES: Cruise prices are guaranteed at the time of confirmation and deposit. Airfare is subject to availability and pricing at the time of confirmation and payment. Please note that government taxes and fees are ALWAYS subject to change/increase at any time, even after your reservation is paid in full. This includes but is not limited to increases in or the establishment of fuel or other surcharges, hotel & airport taxes/fees, departure taxes, tariffs, or passenger facility charges. Any such increase is payable by passenger upon notification.
- CHANGE/CANCELLATION: Penalties/Fees apply for cancellations or changes to a deposited/guaranteed reservation. Any change is subject to supplier approval plus any price increase in effect at the time of the change. Cancellation penalties/fees are calculated based on the date written notice of cancellation is received.
- VACATION INSURANCE: We strongly urge all travelers to purchase vacation Insurance. Insurance premium is based on the age of each traveler and the per person trip cost. Purchase with your initial trip deposit to receive important bonus coverage including coverage for pre-existing medical conditions. More on Vacation Insurance
