We have reserved a block of rooms at the resort for our family and friends. We encourage you to book within the next 60 days. - Cancel for Any Reason coverage - Multiply plan cost by 1.4 (50% reimbursement)
- Family Coverage - At no additional charge, the plan covers children age 17 and under who are traveling with and related to the primary adult named on the insurance enrollment form. Offer does not apply to optional coverages.

| RESERVATIONS & NOTICES |
- NAMES: Traveler name, as booked, must EXACTLY match his/her valid passport.
- SHARES: Payments for all guests sharing a room must be made at the same time. If a roommate cancels, the cost for the remaining guest(s) will likely increase. Trip Insurance strongly recommended.
- CHANGE FEES: Change fees
are $35 per reservation per change. No changes allowed after final
payment or additional penalties/fees may apply. Any change is subject to supplier approval plus any price increase in effect at the time of the change. Vacation Insurance strongly recommended.
- CANCELLATION AND REFUND GUIDELINES: Per person Penalties/Fees apply for cancellation of a deposited/guaranteed reservation. Cancellation penalties/fees are calculated based on the date written notice of cancellation is received. To qualify for the least restrictive penalty/fee, reservations must be cancelled in writing and received by TWG Travel by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, on the last day of the appropriate cancellation period. The following fees apply to room nights cancelled. Reservations cancelled from time of deposit until April 10, 2012, $150 per person. For cancellations received April 11 - May 15, 2012, $250 per person. Reservations cancelled after May 15, 2012, guests that do not show, and guests that curtail their stay at the resort, are non-refundable. Vacation Insurance strongly recommended.

| TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION: Foreign Entry Requirements |
 IMPORTANT: Foreign entry requirements vary by nationality. We are happy to assist in advising entry requirements for the countries to be visited on your itinerary. However, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to identify in his/her own country of origin, and obtain at his/her own expense prior to departure, the specific valid travel documentation (such as passports, visas, health, and insurance) required for admittance into all the countries on his/her itinerary and to produce them when required.  Visit our Travel Center Concierge for information on passports, visas, foreign entry requirements, currency exchange, and more. TRAVELLERS WITH INCOMPLETE OR IMPROPER DOCUMENTATION MAY BE DENIED BOARDING THE AIRCRAFT, TRAIN, OR VESSEL, AND REFUSED ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY, AND WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: U.S. Citizens: Valid passports are mandatory for ALL travelers (adults, children, and infants). If you are NOT a U.S. citizen or if you are traveling with children, additional documentation may be required. Please contact the nearest diplomatic or consular office of each country to be visited to obtain the specific entry requirements for your nationality.
MINORS: When traveling with a minor and both parents are not traveling, we recommend taking along an original, notarized, signed letter from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you. This will expedite processing by the Dept of Homeland Security. |
