The Far East is intoxicating! On this itinerary, you'll visit 6 countries in 16 days and pack and unpack just once. Whether you prefer the tranquil beauty of a Buddhist temple or the colorful energy of a busy city street market, each port of call is an exciting discovery of sights and sounds.
Cruise past sampans (flat-bottom Chinese wooden boats) into Hong Kong Harbor. Weave your way through the tapestry of Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea and Malaysia. From the Grand Palace and 5-ton, solid gold Buddha in Thailand, to the bustling metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) on the Mekong River, to the skyscrapers and shopping of Hong Kong and Singapore, to Nagasaki (often described as the San Francisco of Japan), you'll enjoy a fascinating blend of ancient Asian cultures and architecture, modern cities and unimaginable shopping!
Your home for 16 glorious days, is the Diamond Princess, offering the deluxe amenities you'd expect from a first class hotel: from 24-hour room service to chocolates on your pillow at night. Fill your days at sea with activities, or do nothing at all. Take a personal enrichment class! do yoga! pamper yourself with a spa treatment! work out in the gym, go duty-free shopping! or just relax with a dip in one of the pools. At night, enjoy original production shows, themed lounges with live music, or dance all night in the nightclub. |
