NEGRIL: Also known as the capital of casual, Negril encourages laid-back living with dramatic cliffs and and seven miles of talcum soft white sand beaches where relaxed, barefoot travelers walk the stunning expanse for miles. By day, streaks of bright emerald and turquoise in the waters near shore morph into patches of royal blue out toward the horizon.
