The Cayman Islands lie in the center of the Caribbean Sea. Each of the three islands has its own personality, flair and allure. Best known for its excellent scuba diving, Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman offer a colorful backdrop for your next vacation....both undersea and shore side.
Grand Cayman, the largest and most populated, is the most active of the islands. It is home to the bustling capital of George Town where you'll find a little bit of everything: incredible duty free shopping, an excellent selection of restaurants and night spots, and and an almost endless supply of world-class underwater attractions. Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach offers sparkling white sands and translucent aquamarine waters. There you can visit the green sea turtle breeding farm, feed the stingrays at Stingray City, and stroll through the town called "Hell."
The sister islands of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman are sparsely populated by contrast. Cayman Brac offers extensive hiking trails both inland and along the coast, while Little Cayman, only 10 miles long, has secluded beaches and some of the Caribbean's most spectacular diving.
Diving: In Little Cayman, divers won't want to miss Bloody Bay Wall - a vast, steep drop-off with brightly colored sponges frequented by an abundance of marine life. On Cayman Brac, divers can see the only dive-able Russian warship in the Western Hemisphere. And no visit to the Cayman Islands is complete without an excursion to the marine location - Stingray City.
